At Wolfit, we strive to deliver the best experience to our customers by offering high-quality products and reliable after-sales support. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we are committed to making the exchange process simple and transparent.
We offer a simple and hassle-free exchange process in case of size or fit issues. Exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours from the date and time of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with no staples or alterations. The original bill and all tags must remain intact.
For approved exchanges, we will bear the cost of shipping the new item, while the customer will be responsible for the pickup charges of the item being returned.

Refund
For prepaid orders, any eligible refund (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via UPI only after the customer submits their UPI details through a secure payment link. Please note that the COD charge of ₹60 is non-refundable.
Items purchased during a Sale or promotional period are eligible for exchange only and are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges will be processed strictly in accordance with our exchange policy guidelines.
Exchange and return requests are handled during our working hours from 12 PM to 5 PM.Monday to Saturday( Excluding Holidays)
Exchanges will be initiated only after the returned item is received at our warehouse and passes the quality check as per our returns policy.
Damaged Product :
We follow strict quality control procedures before dispatching every order. However, in the rare event that a product arrives damaged or with missing items, customers are required to provide a clear, continuous unpacking video for verification. The video must be recorded before opening the parcel and should clearly show the sealed package, the tracking ID, product tags, and the damage or missing item in detail. Claims submitted without a proper unpacking video will not be eligible for approval.
To help us process orders efficiently, we kindly request that exchanges are limited to one time per order
