DELIVERY INFORMATION

Once your order is placed and processed, you will receive an SMS & email confirmation within 24 hours from our delivery partner which includes all the relevant tracking details regarding your order.
Our orders are been shipped by air so it usually takes 5 to 10 working days to get the order delivered
If you didn’t not receive the tracking number after placing the order, get the tracking number by either emailing us at support@wolfit.in
Our shipping partners are Blue Dart, Delhivery & Xpress bee

MY ORDER INFORMATION

We also offer Cash on Delivery (CoD).
We accept payment for your order from the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard
In some cases you might have not mentioned your address or contact details properly . Delivery guys doesn’t deliver to such addresses and cancels your order.

In a rare case that you have received a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order, please contact our friendly staff at support@wolfit.in or whatsapp : +917738986732 and outline that you’re reporting a FAULTY item in the subject of your email. We will arrange a free collection from you with blue dart or any other courier service, depending on the location. We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item

  • Your Order ID number
  • Pictures evidence of the faulty item
  • Description of the issues you have with the faulty item
  • Any relevant contact information

EXCHANGES

WOLFIT offers hassle-free Exchanges. Please read more about it on our EXCHANGE policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product color or size and want to exchange, please make sure you email us at support@wolfit.in or whatsapp : +917738986732. Items must be sent back to us in the original condition with all tags within 7 days of receiving your order.
WOLFIT wants its customer to have a smooth shopping experience. We offer free exchanges for our customers for wrong sizes or faulty product.
We don’t provide refunds as mentioned in our “return link” policy instead we provide a store credit of equal value.
