In order to provide you the hassle-free shopping experience.We offer free exchanges. WE DON’T PROVIDE REFUNDS.

This means that if you place an order and you are not satisfied by the products received, we will cover the cost of shipping you new items, whereas, you will cover the cost of shipping the return items.After sending the product back to us if you would like to order after sometime than a store credit of equal value will be reserved

Different Color / Product Exchange: 


Only exchange to a different size is free, to get a replacement in a different color or different item, additional amount will be charged.

GUIDELINES FOR EXCHANGE

How to request exchange:


Within 7 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to exchange your purchase, please email us at support@wolfit.in or whatsapp us at +917738986732with following details:

  •     Your 5 or 6 Digit Wolfit order id.
  •     Reason of return or refund.

Please make sure following return policy guidelines are met:


  •     Items are packaged back in original packaging with original bill.
  •     Items must be unworn & unwashed (no distinct odors, blemishes, signs of wear etc.)
We will issue your exchange once the items are received in our Warehouse and they meet the returns policy guidelines

DAMAGE PRODUCT RETURNS:

We generally have quality control procedure before shipping the goods to our customer. Just in case if the product shipped is damaged, the return shipment will remain our responsibility.
